i am the only user on my personal pc/can't deletefiles for non existent "users"

I have windows xp home and I have my OWN, PERSONAL pc. NO
ONE else uses it, looks at it, touches it. I am the SOLE
input and output administrator.I do not need passwords,
shared files, or multiple permissions to print a friggin'
document,delete it,change it,look at it or edit it. I AM
THE ONLY USER!!
I do not need, and it is a WASTE and ridiculous
duplication of multiple useless user files, There are
3 "my documents", (or documents, "shared" ALL users
documents-(whatever), 1 all users profile, 1 guest, (Me,
which is the ONLY one needed),1administrator--with~ my
name on it too! PLUS the 3 "my pictures" folder,3 my
sample pictures that go in my pictures and 3 "my music"
folders- with their "sample music' folder in them-both in
triplicate, 3 separate "profile scenarios and start menu's-
the file documents and settings is so stupid-it's a long
name-it won't let you rename it, and it is full of files
for people or "users" that DO NOT EXIST.And.... all these
useless files? You cannot delete them, rename them, change
the icon,burn them,boil them, threaten them - or move them
off your desktop with a crane. I have My docs at the top
of explorere.exe list of files, and all the others are
littered everywhere. WHAT ABOUT ONE USER? Huh? What about
PAYING GOOD MONEY for a operating system that will not
allow you to delete unused useless files on something YOU
OWN? SOLELY. NOT share with ANY BODY ELSE?
IT IS JUST ME!!!!! AND I am not a network, on a server-I
am me-A forensic investigator with a fast cable
modem,word, publisher,messenger,outlook,iexplore,works,you
know tools for work?--and A LOT of work to do -
WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE I BEG YOU-CONTACT ME AND HELP ME
(TEACH ME) HOW TO GET THESE USELESS mulitiple duplications
of @*&!!* FILES completely DELETED FOR ETERNITY OFF MY,
YES MY, PERSONAL,(NO ONE ELSE'S ) COMPUTER????? PLEASE!!

I believe you can delete all the accounts you don't want,
or you could try, I don't want to try it here as I need
these accounts. Right click on "My Computer" and click
on "Manage" in the left window, expand "Users and Groups"
in the right windows delete till your heart is content.
Warning!!!, Don't delete your account and make sure you
are part of the "Adiminstrators Group" also you can
delete those annoying users folders if they don't go
away, EXCEPT the "All Users" that is considered a system
folder.

You are not going to like this but the first thing I would recommend is to
create another user with administrators privileges and use this for your
everyday use rather than logging on with the guest account. Then perhaps
spending some time learning about your new operating system.
