I am receiving two copies of every e-mail. How do I chg to 1?

Hello, hoping someone knows the answer to this question. I am receiving two
copies of every e-mail through outlook. How do I change it so that I am only
receiving one?

It depends on why you are getting two. Are you using rules? Are you using a
catchall mailbox?
