I am receiving multiple copies of an email message. Fix?

My internet email provider changed. I am now receiving multiple copies of
the same email. I can find no problems in account setup and have even
deleted the account and created again. I have no rules set up for my email.
Any ideas how to fix? Internet provider claims they have no problems with
their servers.
