I am not receiving attachments.

An email sender is sending email with attachments but when I get the email
there are no attachments. On several occasions I was sent the same
attachment from different senders and it was attached when I received the
email. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
 
The problem should be on the sender's end. Nothing to do with Windows Mail
program. Ask your sender to check his sentbox and see if the attachment was
sent. Check your junk folder too.
