I am lost from logging into my msn

my son messed with my pc amd I need to be e-mailed a new
secret word or question and then reset my password
help!!!! I am so bad at this stuff
 
Well, you can't get help with that here. You can either call MSN or go to
the MSN login page, there should be a link under the sign-in box for the
request you want.
