Hi,

You didnt pass any information. When does it show up - with system starting
or closing ? Do you know what application cause it ?

Besides, addresses are displayed in hexadecimal ( from 0 to F ) so your
0x1004eta9 is incorrect. If it is really as you wrote probably your message
box is fake. And some app wants you think that something crashed.

This message shows up when I close Outlook Express version 6.

And it is not incorrect I wrote it down so that I could ask for advice on
how to fix it.

Do I need a Hotfix?

Check for malware. The numbers for the memory and reference on that error message keeps changing ? If it does then you are infected with some sort of malware
