How ide is worth to use:
I try Borland Delphi 2005 Personal, MonoDevelop, Visual Studio Express
and SharpDevelop.
How create own components?
Is possible to debug source code WinForms?

If you intend to write C# code on Windows then Visual C# Express Edition
and SharpDevelop are good solutions.

Delphi is not C#. And MonoDevelop even though it runs on Windows,
then I would not pick it when the other are available.
