I added my coworkers calendar into my Outlook, but it is one hour

I added my coworkers calendar into my Outlook, so I can also view his
calendar and assign meetings for him, but it is one hour off when I click to
view it. All of the meetings are off. The calendar is correct on his PC, but
not on mine. What could be off?

Do you have your calendar configured with the same time zone as his?
