I accidently deleted my administrator user status

I wonder if anyone knows how I can restore my administrator status. My
computer now has no administrator, so my mistake will not allow me to fix my
mistake. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can help me out of this
circular argument. I am using windows XP without the service pack. Thank you
 
If you were NOT foolish enough to use the default administrator and actually set
up your own admin account the default admin should still be there and accessible
when you reboot into "safe Mode"....F8 at boot.

Hey u can never delete it. Well if oyu wanna check it go to safe mode and
see if you have admin account.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps: 1. Restart your computer and
start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured
for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when you
the Boot Menu appears.
2. Select an option when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, and then
press ENTER.
3. When the Boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe Mode" appear in
blue at the bottom, select the installation that you want to start, and then
press ENTER.
