Hi,

I would like to insert a range for endnotes when there are more than two, i.e. (1-5) instead of (1,2,3,4,5).
Can this be done? If so how?

Thanks, Jeff

Yes, but not automatically. Insert all the endnote references in the normal
way, but don't bother with commas. Then insert an en dash after the first
number, select the rest of the numbers except for the last, and press
Ctrl+Shift+H to hide them, leaving only the first and last numbers with an
en dash between. This will not affect the endnotes themselves.
