hypertext links using java not working

When I click on some, not all hypertextlinks, a blank
window pops up, but the page does not load. I am using
default Advanced internet options in IE6.
 
1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [nternet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]
