Accessories/Communications Component

AFAIK, that component includes the hyperterminal binary. Add that and then
resolve your dependencies and you should have Hyper Terminal.

Add the following components:
"Accessories/Communications Programs"
"Shell Hyperterminal Registry Data" (this will be also brought by resolving the above component's dependencies)

there is a useful feature of TD - Filters. You can search the XPe database for a component(s) containing particular files.
