hyperlinks

To change font colour and enable rollover you go to:- Page Properties:
formatting and advance. It states this will change all hyperlinks on the
page which is what I require. However it only changes some of the hyperlinks
but not all and I cannot get it to recognize them all. Help!
 
Can you post a link to the page, and mention which specific links are not
changing, please?
