Open your Outlook Express, Go to Tools, then Options. Now click:
· Send Tab, then
· Mail Sending Format: HTML Setting, then
· .... make sure the "Send with Pictures" box is checked

I can not click on hyperlinks within outlook express and get any reaction; it
does nothing. Also, sometimes especially when I have forwarded the email from
another isp or computer, the attachment will not open and sometimes I get x's in
place of pictures within the email. I do not have this problem on websites or
on AOL.
