Hi,
When I select a hyperlink in an email using OE 6 with XP Pro it opens a
blank IE web page. If IE is already open then the hyperlinks in the email
works. I was directed to
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;823301 by my ISP but
it didn't resolve the issue. The problem just started a couple of days ago.
I didn't install any new software or update any software. Does anybody have
a
solution that will work? If you do could you please email me directly?
Thanks,
John

Thanks Carey, kellys-korner website resolved the issue. I used run REGSVR32
URLMON.DLL then rebooted and used the IE tools- internet options- programs-
reset web settings. It did try to "reset web settings" before posting the
message and it didn't resolve the issue.
Thanks again,
John
