Hi there Diane!---Like Australis my hyperlinks in Outlook quit working also.
I get the error message "this operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator." Detect and repair did not work. How else can I can get
these restrictions undone. Hyperlinks in Express work OK--just Outlook
2002. You've helped so many--thankyou for any and all.

Try the following:-

1. Right mouse click on the Internet Explorer shortcut
2. Select the "Programs" tab
3. Press the "Reset Web Settings" button

That worked for me. Good luck.

Regards,

Stan Kay

That is probably a different error....

I have the same problem in Outlook 2000. We can't get the hyperlinks to work
and we have reset the web settings and also typed in the suggestions from
ms.com about regsvr32 urlmon.dll. Does anyone have any additional
suggestions?
