Hi Molotov7,
In the Insert=>Hyperlink dialog (shared by other Office Apps), shortcuts that appear in
'Browsed Pages' can come from your Recent Explorer
<drive>\Documents and Settings\[your UserID]\Recent
and your Internet Explorer History
<drive>\Documents and Settings\[your UserID]\Local Settings\History
folders
The listings may include content from 'all users' account as well.

When i access the hyperlink menu and go under browsed pages i have a whole
slew of old urls that i want to get rid off. how do i delete all these urls? >>
