HyperLinks in Windows Outlook Email Messages

I cannot open any hyperlinks in Microsoft Outlook. When I click on a
hyperlink in any email message, the Norton Installer keeps opening. I
somehow associated something with the installer and I don't know how to
correct the situation. Any help or comments would be appreciated.

Try this:

From Start>Run type

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...'. Try the links again then.
