When my coworker gets an email with a link in it which is surrounded
by quotes...

"www.google.com" (with just www.google.com underlined, not
the quotes)

.... when I click the link, the url that shows up in my browser shows
up like

http://"www.google.com"/

Apparently, Outlook is adding the quotes to the url when it sends it
to IE.
But when she forwards the same messages to me, I have no problem!

Any ideas? (at least to point me in the right direction...)

Thanks!
Chris

If it has quotes, it's not a URL. In fact, if it doesn't have http:// in
front and / in back, it's not a URL. Outlook is trying to be nice to you by
making active anything that looks like a link, but it's not perfect and
doesn't always succeed.
