Width-wise, the hyperlink is refusing to fill even half of the cell. It just
wraps. It looks like this:

hyperl
ink

Instead of:

hyperlink

How do I make it stop doing this?

Set your cell properties to nowrap
- or make the cell width wider

Again, it is difficult to solve rendering problems without seeing what is
there - a link to a page with the fault will help.

Setting it to No Wrap has no effect. It still wraps. It seems to be
recognizing a right margin even though there isn't one.

I'm in the middle of switching over to a new layout which hasn't been
published yet. Is there anyway I can get you the info you need without
publishing?

Post the relevant code here.
Relevant code includes:
The HTML markup for the table, including any containers (other table cells,
<divs> etc) the table is contained in.
All CSS in use
The contents of the <body> tag
Any Javascript that is used in or affects the link
Anything else that may have a bearing on the matter.

Seeing the whole page makes this much easier. You could publish to a folder
on an existing site.
