hyperlinks from outlook

cannot use a hotlink in the text of an outlook email
I get an error message saying contact your administrator. This is a recent
occurance and I as the administrator have made no changes.

If Internet Explorer is your web browser, open IE and click Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
