Hyperlinks, font color

I've inserted hyperlinks into a powerpoint. However, it seems that the only
way to open them when I'm working in the powerpoint is to right click and
then say "Open Hyperlink". When I'm in slide show view, I can do one
left-click and it opens, no problem. Is there a way to make my settings so
that while I'm editing the powerpoint, I can do that single left-click to
launch the hyperlink?

2nd Question: Powerpoint won't let me change the font colors of the
hyperlinks. How can I change them?

For your first question, I don't think you can set the hyperlinks to work
on left click in Normal View. For your second question, you can adjust the
color of hyperlinks by adjusting the color scheme. Go to Format > Slide
Design, and at the top of the task pane, click on Color Schemes.
