hyperlinking to dymanic content

I'm trying to setup a webpage that has a list of services, and when a service
is clicked a paragraph appears to explain that service. How can I set this up
using Frontpage?
 
How do you want the paragraph to "appear?" That is, in the same window as a
different web page, as a popup window, a tooltip, or what?

I would like the paragraph to fade into another cell in the same webpage. If
that's not possible, I could settle for a tooltip, that is if I can control
the size of the font in the tooltip.
