Hyperlinking from a webpage directly to a form

I have hyperlink I would like to create from my web page where internal users
can click on a link that will open a read only data base directly to a form
that I created.

I believe this is something we can do?

aslo is there a way to create the form on a web page so the users can use it
on the web and not have to open the full database if it is simply reporting
information back to them?

You could create an AutoExec macro in the read-only database that opens the
Form. I usually set the second argument to Maximize. Save the macro as
AutoExec. When the database is opened, it will automatically go to that form.

Not sure about the web page, hopefully someone else will post.
