Hyperlinked Excel Documents

I have a PowerPoint show built in 2007 that has a hyperlink to an Excel
spreadsheet. On my machine (XP Professional) everything works just fine,
click the link up pops the excel doc. I have sent this presentation to a
customer on CD using the Publish tools. When the customer views the
PowerPoint show and clicks the hyperlink for the excel file the spreadsheet
opens but it opens behind the PowerPoint show and the only way to actually
view the spreadsheet is to quit out of the PwrPt show. Is their a setting or
something that needs to change in order for the Excel spreadsheet to pop in
front of the PowerPoint show?

Thank you. I will have the user try that.

This happens to some people (the same thing happens to web page links as well).
So far, nobody's figured out why.

Pressing Alt+TAB will allow them to choose the Excel window and make it active,
though.
