Hyperlink

I have created a Power Point Presentation as a guide to due
diligence and wish to link all the files which I have
included on a CD. Firstly, how do I include the Power Point
Viewer on the CD? Secondly, when I established the
hyperlink to my CD player which is the E: drive, other
computers without the same drive letter do not recognize
it. I went in to edit the hyperlink and checked the box
'relative path' but it still does not work. Even after I
have removed E: from link to file and check the box, it
does not retain those changes.
