I have a document with hyperlinks to various other types of documents, i.e.
powerpoint, word docs etc. These links were designed on my laptop (C drive).

I now need to transfer this package onto a different computer and therefore
the drive has change to an F. The links obviously dont work.

Any way of making it work....help

Hi Adam

I would use package for CD and in the options choose include linked files
but not the viewer and copy to folder rather than cd. Then you can move the
whole folder.

If you have any q's post back with your version.

If you have PPT 2003 or later, Lucy's suggestion should get you there.
For earlier versions, you may need to use an add-in like our FixLinks (
http://www.pptools.com/fixlinks/ ) or do some manual editing. There's a link
on the fixlinks site with a title like "Do I really need FixLinks" ... it
explains how you can do the grunt work for free if you like.
