Hyperlink

Hi, I have a custom form in a public folder. When an
appointment is booked using this form an email is sent to
a supervisor notifying them of the details of the
appointment. This part works like magic...

I was wondering whether it is possible to include a
hyperlink in this email that the supervisor can use to
open the appointment that generated the email (just like
using the open item button in the reminders window)?

If 'yes', please include a sample of code and/or some
guidance to make this happen.
