In MS Access I'm linking to web pages located on the local hard drive. When
clicking on the link the message "Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer
and data. To protect your computer, click only those hyperlinks from trusted
sources..."

You and me both, this is driving me crazy!
I designed a purchase order database with hyperlinks to PDF files on a local
area network. The PDF files are images of cash or credit card receipts. Every
time I click on a link this STUPID warning pops up. PLEASE, someone tell us
how to turn this dam thing off?

I am having the same problem with hyperlinks to phots. ANYONE can tell us a
way to disable this, or another way to link to these files without using a
Hyperlink??

got this from another thread, its not mine, but it sounds like it wouild
work.

DoCmd.SetWarnings = False

Changing the register does work, thankyou! It's unfortunate that I now have
to walk around to 20 different machines and and edit the register just to
turn off this stupid warning.

Would somebody at Microsoft please WAKE UP! If your going to flood us with
warnings at least give us the right to turn them off.
