hyperlink URLs in outlook email

I have started receiving an outlook error message whenever I click on a URL
in an email. It says this operat5ion has been canceled due to restrictions in
effect on your computer. I have not changed anything and definitly did NOT
change this function. Many auto updates were loaded last night, and I am
afraid something has affected this finction and now prevents me from clicking
any URL in any email. HELP PLEASE!

You have IE8 installed, This is a known issue See if the following will help

Possibly;

If not then as per below

There is no fix so far - except uninstalling IE8 (
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/957700 ).
