In word when I type in an e-mail address and click the
hyperlink button it opens a window in which I have to
type the e-mail address twice and then click ok for the
link to work.
Aol recognizees the .com as an e-mail and automatically
links it to e-mail .
I,m sure this is possible in word but I can't figure out
how to do this.
HELP

1. Click "insert" then "hyperlink"

2. Click link to: "e-mail Address" type your e-mail address and the subject for your e-mail.

3. Type in the box "Text to display:" the text you want to appear in word, click "ok".

Hope this helps you :)
