Hyperlink to Worksheet Help

I'm following Microsoft's directions
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;211693&Product=xlw2K) about creating links on Web pages
to specific Worksheets in Excel Workbooks, but it's not
working. The spreadsheet is opening but not jumping to the
named cells/worksheet I specified.

That appears to be HTML code (not VBA), and should work. How are you using
it?

Even this very simple test is not working:

Where Andy is the worksheet name and test is a named cell.
The worksheet opens, but all I see is Sheet 1.
