Hello,

Slide 30 is a slide I will want to go to several times during my
presentation from wherever I am in the lecture. Is there a way to insert a
hyperlink that will take me back to where I was before I went to slide 30?
Sort of like "last channel" on a TV remote. I know I can set it up from one
slide to any other, but in this case I can't predict what slide I will be on
when I want to go to slide 30, and I will want to go back to where I was.

PPT 2003
Windows XP

Thank you.

There is. Select the shape or text you want to apply the link to, then
rightclick and choose Action Settings. In the dialog box that appears, choose
Hyperlink to: Previously viewed slide.

That should do exactly what you want. Keep in mind that it means literally
what it says; it's not a Back button like in a browser. It won't take you
back through a series of slides.

That shouldn't affect you at all, given what you're after.

Perfect, just what I was looking for. Thanks
