Hyperlink to files on my com but using another lappy to present - Problems?

Hi,

I am creating my powerpoint presentation on my desktop,
hyperlink to files on my desktop but I will be sending the
final ppt file to my teammates, presenting using his
lappy. I guess there will be problems to the files
linked.. Any solutions?
