hyperlink rollovers

Using FP2002. I have a menu with a gray background and the text is navy. I
have the page properties set to make them turn white on hyperlink rollover.
The effect looks fine. However, when I have another link that is just on
the plain white background part of the page, the link turns white and you
can't see it. Is there a way to leave the page setting alone and just
change the couple of links that are on the white background so they either
change to another color or stay the same?
Thanks in advance as usual,
Pam

Are you using CSS to do this? If so, you can create different classes. For
instance at one of my sites, I have a class called "menu" and one called
"reverse".

See it in action here http://www.lifewaychapel.com, see how the vertical
menu has one effect (menu class ), the words in the horizontal green bar
(worship, prayer, etc.) have another effect (reverse class), and links in
the main part of the page have another (no class applied).

You can see my css file at http://www.lifewaychapel.com/lifeway.css

Yeah, I know. I just drew a line in the sand. We barely have netscape
visitors at all, let alone netscape4 visitors. Thanks though. (Not to be
totally negligent, I do have a page...see the link at the bottom of page
called "Website Problems/Comments" that addresses this very problem.)

I understand completely. My site looks really funky in Netscape 4.x, but I
decided not to worry about the Netscape 4.x'ers too (even though that's the
default browser I myself use --- LOL). Thankfully, my site looks okay in 7.x, as
I'm sure yours does too.

Regards,
Craig

I understand that you choose it for the mail reader, but why an older
version of Netscape instead of a newer one? (I'm not attacking, just really
curious.)
