Hyperlink Not Working

Somehow my earlier post of today got lost.
I am using FP 2000
If you go to www.pscfit.com and then to the About PSC Drop Down Menu and
click on Programs you will go to a Program page.
Go down this page and you will see a hyperlink on the word REGISTER.
This link will go out to a page called Program Registration Form page where
the user can post info and then Submit it as an email to PSCFIT.
This live web site is working fine, however the Program page and Program
Registration form page needed content updating.
So locally on my PC in FP 2000 I am updating these pages to the Fall programs.
However my problem is when I go to locally test these updated pages the
REGISTER link on the Program page does not call up the Program Registration
Form page. I tried several times to insert this link and it seems to get
inserted fine however it does not call up the linked page.
If I insert a hyperlink to any of the other pages on the site it works,
however when I try to link to the "Form" page it does not work.
The only difference between the current live (working link) pages and the
locally updated pages is the live ones were created in FP 2000 on a ME
operating system PC and the locally updated pages are being done on a XP PC.
My ME PC crashed a few days ago.
The new pages are updated with the new Fall information but I cannot publish
these pages because the link is not working.
I am going crazy trying to figure out why this link is not working between
these pages.
Can anyone please help me, or give me some suggestions on what to check or
try ?
Thank you,
Paul

I had been backing up all of my FP web sites from the old ME PC to the newer
XP PC tha last several months - did copy / paste over the network between the
PC's.

You needed to publish, not copy and paste or any other method between location. The best option is
to open the live/remote site in FP and publish it back to your new computer via FP's http mode, make
your changes and then republish from the new computer to live/remote site via FP's http mode. DO NOT
use the Selective Publishing option!
