Word hyperlink not showing once merged

Hi I have created the above mailmerge template with hyperlinks. But once I convert it back to a normal Word template by pressing ALT+F9, the hyperlinks disappear. This issue also occurs after I have mailmerged to a new document.

Can you please help with the hyperlinks?
