Hyperlink Connection

This may be obvious, but I can't get around this. We have a power point
presentation that we have inserted a hyperlink in. When we click the
hyperlink, it does not work (we go nowhere). However, if we right click it,
we can access the website through the menu. Why doesn't the hyperlink take
us out to the web with a single click? Any suggestions?

Sorry - figured it out - we were in the edit mode and not the show mode.
