Hyperlink Colors In Page Properties Not Working

How can i get the custom hyperlink colors in page
properties to work? I know i can go to each link and
manually change the color, but why should I when page
properties is supposed to do that?
 
Only applies if you are not using a theme and the font color is set to
default (automatic).

If using a theme, then you must modify the theme to change the color.
