When I click on a hyperlink, can I force a new window to open for the target
of the hyperlink?

I believe that if you right click on the hyperlink and select hyperlink
properties, on the right you will see a box that allows you to open the link
in a new window. I hope this helps.

In FP 2002, I use Insert-->Hyperlink, then I click on Target Frame button
and choose New Window. You can do it in the entire page if you like by
clicking Set as page default.
