I have an HP XW6000 system with Windows Server 2003 + SP1 installed.
When hyper-threading is enabled on BIOS, device manager shows that
there are four processors available, but task manager will show only two.
When disabling hyper-threading, device manager will show two processors
and task manager also, which is correct. Does system use hyper-threading or
is there something wrong with task manager configuration which is unable
to show all four processors? How to repair this ?
