Hyper-Threading and Dual Boot

I'm in the process of setting up a P4C800-E and a Pentium 4 3.0mb Prescott.
I would like to (need to ) dual boot from XP to ME. Do I have to disable
Hyper-Threading every time I need to boot to ME? Is there a windows program
or even better yet a dos program that would let me disable (enable)
Hyper-Threading? I think that going into bios every time that I want to
change boot OS is more work then I want!
Thanks

Don't have experience with HT-systems with WinME. Will it not run when
HT is enabled? Since the OS don't support two CPUs, I guess it would
run in a "standard-mode"?

I have dual boot 98SE and XP, and Hyperthreading (3.06GHz Northwood).
It's not a problem, you don't need to disable anything. 98SE won't use
the dual boot, but it's presence doesn't cause problems. Same for ME.

But, that said, you would be much better off to have 98SE than ME. It's
a better, more stable OS, and it has a "true DOS" mode.
