Basically:
1) Select the text you want turned into the hyperlink
2) Right click select hyperlink
3) Select the option to link within the presentation, then select the slide
you want to link to
4) Repeat for each line of text
When you run the presentation, clicking on the text will send you to the
slide you selected.
