Hybernation problem XP Pro

[Hybernate]

When the system comes back from hybernation, it can not
restart from the previous location. I have delete
restoration date and proceed to system boot. I have
already ran SFC /scannow and that didn't help. I don't
like to always have to shut down my PC for it to load
Windows XP Pro properly.

Any thoughts?
