Are you asking how to create the y-axis in a chart? It should automatically
appear when you Insert > Chart. If you want to delete it, double click on
the chart so it appears in Edit mode. Then select the y-axis. Hit delete. If
this doesn't work for you, stay in Edit mode, select Chart > Options. Select
the Axis tab. Then uncheck Value (Y) Axis.
