Whenever I boot my machine, MS Antispyware detects
Huntbar threat and some changes to shell32.dll. I then
proceed to remove them with the s/w, but how do I get rid
of it permanently. This process consdierably slow down my
successful boot process.

Try booting into Safe Mode, run MS anti-spyware, reboot, run
another scan and see if things improve.
Report back your findings.
