Huntbar keeps being removed and then reboots - repeats.

We installed Microsoft Anti-Spyware on a few of our
computers. It works great on XP but in Windows 2000
Professional it tries to remove Huntbar and then asks to
reboot.

After the reboot the computer is up for about 30 seconds
before it asks if it can remove huntbar again. No matter
hom many times we say to remove it and then reboot it
keeps coming up.

Any Ideas? Great product by the way.

Get HijackThis.exe from
http:/www.tomcoyote.com/hjt/HijackThis.exe

Save it then Open it and SCAN your system then SAVE LOG
and send me the HijackThis log as an attachment. You can
try just copying it and pasting it into a reply but I
might not see it. I should be able to identify the
problem and tell you how to get rid of it for good.

Rodney,

Disconnect the system entirely from the internet, then run a Full system
scan . When you're prompted to reboot, do so to Safe Mode, and run
another Full scan.
Reboot to Normal mode and see if it's gone now. Then reconnect the
system to the net.
