Is there a way to get rid of huntbar for good. Antispyware
always finds it, gets rid of it, but it comes right back
after re-boot

Yes. Hunt Bar changes the owner of it's registry key and
MS Anti Spywar doesn't know how to deal with this. You
must run regedt32 and go to the key HKLM\software\btien
The most nested key will give you an error if you try to
access it. You must take owenership from the owner tab
on the permission settings box. Then it can be deleted.
MS Anti Spy war should know how to do this.
 
Try running a full system scan in safe mode, on the scan page, choose scan
options > Full system scan.
