Hung App

When I save the movie to my computer the program will complete 97% and then
hang. I try to use different settings but nothing happens. I have saved
slide shows with success but not movies. The movie is about 30 mins long.
 
thanks for the help. where would I look forthat. I am very new to this
program and its support.
