huge problem

i have two hd's..... C: and d:....c: is the primary an d:
is just for storage......now! i can't paste or move any
of the files that is located at the d: drive....iv'e had
this problem since a couple of weeks ago when i was at a
lan!!! when i try to for exaple paste something from the
c: drive to the d: drive it just says "no, check that the
is'nt in use" and so on....the disk is write-protected
and i can't get it of.....it just says "failed, and so
on" - maybe that's the problem.....

really need help! by the way....my os is xp-pro

What Virus Scanning Software do you use? Keep it updated?
What about Windows Patches? Were you fully patched and updated before
connecting to an unknown LAN?
